Amy's Bread comes to Fukuoka, Japan 2005


Amy was invited to work with bakers at Ryoyu Breads in Fukuoka to introduce "New York Breads" to the Japanese customers. Amy spent 5 days training a group of bakers to mix, shape and bake a wide variety of breads and morning pastries. The bakers were such good students that by day #5, their baked goods looked as beautiful as any baked in New York City.
